At Heritage Holiday Homes, we aim to provide high-quality accommodation and a reliable booking experience for all guests. To maintain fairness, manage availability effectively, and account for preparation and scheduling costs, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking start time are strictly non-refundable.

  • Guests wishing to cancel or modify their booking must do so more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time to be eligible for any refund consideration.

  • Any cancellation requests received after the 48-hour window will be treated as a late cancellation and will not qualify for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

No-Shows & Early Departures

  • Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date or time will be considered a no-show and will result in the full booking amount being forfeited.

  • Early departures after check-in are not eligible for partial refunds.

Booking Modifications

  • Requests to change booking dates are subject to availability and must be made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.

  • Heritage Holiday Homes reserves the right to decline modification requests that fall within the non-refundable period.

Refund Processing

  • Where a refund is approved at our discretion, it will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.​

Policy Acceptance

By completing a booking with Heritage Holiday Homes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including changes in personal circumstances, travel disruptions, or unforeseen events.

Heritage Holiday Homes reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
